SKYHAUS HOTEL.

A proposed 100-key hotel lodge in the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia, organized along the mountain ridge. The concept brings rooms, event space, restaurant, rooftop bar, spa, operations, infrastructure, and arrival into one consolidated hospitality project.

Current work is focused on site control, entitlement, feasibility, operator alignment, and capitalization.

CAPON CROSSING.

West Virginia

A rural master planning effort exploring how housing, hospitality, local commerce, wellness, landscape, and community infrastructure can grow together over time.

The first phase centers on activating the existing Capon House property and creating reasons to visit before larger development follows.
